"Our old water heater was leaking and bulging. I reached out to Oregon Plumbing to received a quote and Kelli got one to me almost immediately. I just provided a couple pictures of the existing unit. Being a prudent homeowner I reached out to several other companies. Some of them require an onsite visit to even provide an estimate. I was able to get some verbal estimates from the other companies but no firm quotes. Oregon Plumbing was able to come out immediately even though I wasn't desperate. Josh showed up and had the water heater replaced very quickly (it was very accessible in the garage). While I could have done it myself it wouldn't have been as nice as what Josh did. His workmanship was impeccable. He even spent extra time rerouting the drain pipe so it was "perfect". I was very impressed."
